Distance Sales Agreement

2.Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the airport-hotel transfer service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
This agreement is drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3.Service Details
- Service: [e.g.] VIP transfer service between Istanbul Airport and Taksim Hotels Area
- Vehicle Type: [e.g.] Sedan / Minivan / VIP Minibus
- Service Scope: One-way or round trip, as selected during reservation
- Transfer Date and Time: As specified by the Buyer during booking.
4.Service Fee and Payment
- The total service fee is charged based on the price displayed at the time of booking.
- Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods.
5.Right of Withdrawal
- Since transfer services are provided on a specific date and time, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal under Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
- However, if the Buyer cancels the reservation at least [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled transfer time, a full refund will be provided.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the transfer time, [e.g., 50% of the fee] will be refunded.
6.Cancellation and Modification Conditions
- Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing (via email, online form, etc.).
- If the Buyer is not present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time (no-show), no refund will be issued.
7.General Provisions
- The Seller is obligated to inform the Buyer if the service cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure events (weather conditions, road closures, strikes, etc.) and, where applicable, must refund the payment.
- The Buyer agrees to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement and the pre-information form.
8.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Türkiye.
9.Entry into Force
By completing a reservation on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
