Delivery Terms
Our company exclusively provides passenger transfer services between airports and hotels.
We do not offer any cargo, parcel, or product delivery services.
Our services are limited to pre-booked passenger transportation.
The transportation of personal belongings is considered part of the transfer service, and the security and responsibility for these items rest with the customer.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled transfer time, and a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time will be refunded at [e.g., 50%] of the total fee.
- In case of a no-show (the customer not being present at the pickup location at the scheduled time), no refund will be made.
