2.Service Information

3.Delivery of Service
- The transfer service will be provided at the date, time, and locations specified by the customer.
- The company does not offer any cargo, parcel, or product delivery services.
4.Right of Withdrawal
- As per Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to passenger transport provided on a specific date and time.
- However, if the cancellation is made at least [e.g., 24 hours] prior to the scheduled transfer, the full payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within [e.g., 24 hours] of the scheduled transfer time will be partially refunded (e.g., 50% of the total amount).
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
5.Complaint and Dispute Resolution

- Disputes will be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts at the customer’s place of residence, within the limits set by the Republic of Türkiye’s Ministry of Commerce.
6.Final Provisions
By confirming the reservation, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
